Mary Pickford - Pinback - 1914

Mary Pickford 1.25" pinback button featuring a portrait of Mary by an unknown photographer (I believe it is White Studio but it could be Apeda? Gould & Marsden?) These buttons, with the addition of a Paramount Pictures marked ribbon, were known to be distributed in 1914 at the Motion Picture Exhibitors 2nd Annual Ball in Boston, MA. I am uncertain if this is one of those, sans ribbon, or if they were also distributed via other means at the time.
