Donahue, and Charlotte Donahue with the Title Guarantee and Trust Company for Kensington Place properties (which was located at the northeast corner of Wilshire Blvd. and Western Ave. in Los Angeles.) Hand-signed in ink by all Grantors, dated July 26, 1923.
